  • Teams are required to cook 10 gallons of chili
  • Teams provide their own tables, chairs and cooking setup. Overhead canopies are encouraged but not mandatory.
  • Teams are responsible for providing their own cooking utensils, ingredients, and self-contained heating unit (no electricity provided and no generators please).
  • Themed booths are encouraged. Bring your decorations, your spirit and imagination!
  • We encourage you to bring add-ons for the chili to make your booth pop, toppings, corn bread, crackers or whatever you like on your chili.
  • The Chili Committee will provide: sample cups, bowls, napkins and spoons for you to dispense your chili to the crowd
